If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with any item purchased, it can be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund in the original form of payment.

Please email us if you need to return an item with your name and product style number.

All garments must have original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with no alterations to qualify for return or exchange. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the original item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges or a flat fee of $12.99 can be deducted from your refund balance amount and Active Milano will email you shipping label.
